Relaxation and Hypnosis

Find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down and take a deep breathe into your nose,
hold it for three seconds and release that breath out through your mouth. Inhale and exhale,
breathing and relaxing…knowing the more you breathe, the deeper you go into a relaxed state.
Begin to imagine that you are walking on a peaceful path in nature, a safe place where only you can
go to feel peace. You begin to hear birds singing in the distance and the breeze is slightly cool but
the sun keeps you warm. As you walk along your pathway, you begin to notice the trees gently
moving in the breeze. You notice a stream running through this peaceful place and this stream
draws you to it. You sit down next to the stream and notice your reflection in the water. The
reflection you see is one of a peaceful loving person who has no fears, stress or worries. You
notice the reflection of the sun in the water, and you can see this reflection becoming a beautiful
white light…the most loving, gentle light.
I want you to breathe this light in by taking a deep breath in through your nose and bring that light
in through the top of your head. As you exhale, send this light through your entire body moving
from head to toe, relaxing every muscle fiber, cell and tissue. This light moves past your eyes, your
eyelids and relaxes the lines in your forehead…moving down past your cheeks, into your throat and
down past your shoulders and out your finger tips. You and this light are one...relaxed, peacefully
relaxed…moving this light into your heart now.
I want you to remember the very first time you felt a tremendous amount of love...perhaps it was
the first time you held a child in your arms, or you are remembering someone you love very much.
Connect with this loving energy and allow it to grow and open your heart up, sending this peaceful
energy throughout your body. Move this love and light down your back…relaxing all the muscles in
your back relieving any pain...relaxing your stomach...moving down past your hips, thighs, knees,
ankles and out through your toes. This light fills you with relaxation and serenity, feeling peacefully
relaxed. This beautiful light now begins to surround your entire being… permeating every part of
your body, mind and spirit. The more you sense this light the more relaxed you become.
I am going to count down now from five to one. When I get to the number one I will say "sleep"
three times and ask your conscious mind to just rest and sleep for a while as your subconscious
becomes open to all it hears. Remembering that the more you relax, the deeper you go into a
peaceful state. Beginning to count down at five, deeper, deeper, down, down...four, deeper,
deeper, down, down...three, deeper down...two and one...Sleep, Sleep, Sleep. Allow the conscious
mind to rest and sleep for a while as the subconscious becomes open to all it hears.
Now begin to feel yourself drifting up higher and lighter. With each and every breath that you take
you will feel more and more relaxed. Imagine you have the wings of an eagle and you are
beginning to soar through the sky; and as you do, your mind begins to open up and feel all that is
around you. Rise up on the wings of your mind. You begin to feel your senses awakening.
Glide upward to a beautiful white light…feel yourself being drawn into this light and as you move
into it you begin to feel every part of this light permeating your being…you feel so deeply relaxed.
As this light surrounds you it begins to move outward and form a beautiful circle of love, peace
and abundance around you.
Now, move into your mind, and begin to send your thoughts outward…into the energy field that
surrounds you. Send it only positive loving energy…at this moment, your energy begins to shift and
opens up the part of your mind that controls the sensory modalities. Feel them being turned on
one by one. As you feel them turning on, you begin to feel yourself letting go of old fixed ideas,
doubts and other negative influences. You open your way for new love and truth as this beautiful
light fills your heart. All negativity is clear.
Your mind becomes still and begins to listen to your inner ears. You begin to hear sounds in your
mind…you can hear a train passing by you, now the gentle wind, a baby crying…you allow your
mind to practice listening to your inner ears. Your thoughts become words and words become
sentences. Messages are coming in and the more you practice, you are flipping a spiritual switch
on to awaken your psychic sight/ clairaudience.
Be Still and Listen…as your mind begins to drift up higher and lighter and you begin to feel your
body becoming sensitive to feelings. Go into your heart now and ask yourself what "yes" feels like
to you and what "no" feels like. Take that feeling forward and recognize that at anytime that you
have a question, you can simply just ask for the answer. It comes naturally to you. Every energy
center in your body is turning on now and you are beginning to feel energy connected to
everything around you. Your body feels tingly as these sensations begin to move through you
awakening every feeling in your body. Your body begins to speak to you intuitively now. You begin
to understand your body as it talks to you.
Now rise up higher on the wings of your mind and begin to open up your intuitive sight. In front of
you appear symbols…colors…opening up your clairvoyant sight. Picture a flat plane in front of you;
on it different shapes begin to take form…this plane will bring forth your psychic sight. It is
simple…let's try…take a deep breath in and exhale, and see this beautiful plane appear in front of
you. This plane which exists within your mind has the ability to give you intuitive visions. Feel
yourself becoming part of this plane. Know that by practicing this exercise the stronger your mind
becomes.
Be receptive to the guidance of the Universe…now rise up higher and lighter and your other senses
awaken. You are able to smell and taste intuitively as your senses awake and your mind opens to
the quiet radiance of life surrounding you.
When you see a person or an event, look--really look--and perceive it with your inner vision. See
and understand all that is in front of you. Open your mind and allow this knowledge to flow within
your mind…taking you into the inner recesses of your mind which can connect with your higher self.
See yourself floating higher and lighter now…being lifted by beautiful cloud…so soft and
gentle…and feel this cloud moving into a beautiful blue star…the cloud sets you down and in front
of you there is a long hallway with a door. I am going to count from one to three and you will feely
yourself opening the door and walking through it…One…Two…Three…
As you walk through it you can see a man standing in a white robe. In front of him is a table. On
this table is the book of life…walk towards your guide and allow your guide to speak to you…giving
you a special message. Listen, feel, sense and open your mind to truth.
Now walk up to the book and ask a question…then hear the words from the book and allow them
to guide you on your path. Know that any time you can come back to this place.
Now create a picture of yourself using and applying your gifts. Bring these ideals together as your
mind is now open to hearing, seeing, feeling and being part of all that surrounds you…reminding
you that there is no separation.
Before you leave, see your guide giving you a gift. Thank them for the gift. Bring it back to with you
to use on your spiritual path. You will find yourself surrounded by this beautiful light when you
awake and can access this energy by simply breathing in and out and your intuition is awakened.
Now, begin your journey back as you pass through the beautiful light that is home to you. I am
going to count back from five to one; and when I get to the number one, you will either drift into a
peaceful state of sleep or awaken feeling good and refreshed and your spirit awakened.
Five…feeling yourself coming back as your energy drifts back into the physical
body…Four…Three…Two …and when you see the number "one" in your mind's eye, you can awaken
feeling good and refreshed or feeling centered.
