Carolyn Ruby is a Certified Master Reiki Therapist, a
Certified Hypnotherapist, instructor and intuitive. She has
also contributed several articles for the magazine "Pure
Visions" and has been a guest on several local radio
stations along with popular workshops such as The Joy of
Caring Workshop with Patch Adams, M.D. She has been a
guest on several local radio stations and is now a regular
on the CBS Psychic Radio Network each week.

Carolyn studied Reiki under William L. Rand at The International Center for Reiki
Training in Southfield, Michigan and Japanese Reiki Techniques Training under
Frank Arjava Petter, author of "Reiki Fire". She has also studied other forms of
"energy" work including Therapeutic Touch and Healing Touch and is always
seeking further knowledge in this area. In addition, she is a member of the
International Association of Reiki Professionals and the National Association of
Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (N.A.T.H.).

Carolyn is also the co-owner of Lite the Way along with her daughter, Kimmie Rose
Zapf, where she has been doing intuitive readings for many years. Her grandmother
was an intuitive who did tea leaf readings. She believes that this gift has been
handed down to her and other members of her family. With Carolyn's desire to be of
service and help others, she has offered private Reiki and hypnosis sessions and
intuitive readings for many years in the U.S. and Canada. She has also conducted
group hypnosis sessions and classes through the public school system in her
township since 1999.
